Abhishek Gulyani is the Chief Executive Officer for our India office, one of the most diverse markets in the world.
He brings a wealth of almost two decades of experience in the communications industry, across many sectors in India and Asia and supervises operations across our offices in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, and Mumbai. At H+K, Abhishek focuses on strategic counsel which is essential to capture India’s enormous growth potential. He is integral in introducing new offerings from the global network including the behavioral science communications model SMARTER™ and the communications training academy Knowledge+ to the domestic team.
Previously, Abhishek has donned many hats as a leader, which includes running his own communications business and working as senior counsel in other reputable agencies. In his previous stints, he helped to back creative communication frameworks for Indian and multinational clients across sectors. His client wins are backed by his expertise in integrated thinking across campaigns which utilizes India’s unique collection of sensibilities and cultures.
Abhishek also ran operations for his own entrepreneurial venture, Facio Communications that specialized in integrated marketing, communications, employee communications as well as design. In a short span of time, Facio amassed a unique bouquet of client portfolio. Prior to setting up Facio, he was managing Public Affairs and Communications for American Express in India and the South Asia Region. He led the communication strategy for their global corporate payments and travel business, internal communications, CSR and industry relations.
In his spare time, Abhishek is a theatre-enthusiast, a cricketer, and an avid reader.

Ruchi brings over 16 years of experience in strategic communications and reputation management. Over the years, she has designed and led successful integrated campaigns around brand building and reputation management.
As the Corporate + Brand practice lead, her role involves planning and development of integrated communications strategy and crisis communications for brands and corporates across varied sectors in addition to business growth and expansion.
In her previous stints, Ruchi has spearheaded communication mandates for reputed organisations such as Shell India, Max Life Insurance, Hindustan Lever, Vichy Laboratories and strategic projects such as The Economist India Summit and Italian trade mission to India, Max Life Insurance India Protection Quotient survey and Shell Lubricants Global Lecture Series, to name a few.
Her proud achievements include ‘Ace Star Award for Excellence’, for delivering an impactful PR campaign by Shell India. She has also been awarded ‘Mentor of the year in PR’ as part of the Women Achievers awards for communications industry.
Her hobbies and interests include travel, photography, reading, singing and watching movies.
