Charu is a seasoned communications professional with more than two decades of experience. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and has spearheaded the communications mandate for some of the best brands and institutions, across sectors.

As the Practice Head – Corporate at Hill+Knowlton Strategies India, she is responsible for challenging the status quo for a no. of high-profile corporates and brands. She advises both International and Domestic companies and institutions with focused campaigns around reputation management, new launches, sustainability, influencer engagement and crisis management.

She is skilled at marketing/brand communications, Community Relations / CSR and strategic planning. An ace media strategist, Charu boasts of a strong equation with editors across traditional and offline media platforms.

In her previous stint at PR Pundit, she was responsible for the strategic planning and management of client communication needs. She worked towards developing strategy and media planning; rolling out social media programmes for CEO’s along with the social media vertical; trained the C- Suite on media programmes and crisis.

Some of her recognized campaigns include: UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour brought to India by Heineken® (2017); Leveraging the Power of Global Goodwill Ambassador to raise a voice against Gender Based Violence for PSI India (2016); Nirmal Bharat Yatra – sanitation awareness campaign – Wash United (2013); A digital campaign for Apollo Munich Health Insurance – Saurav Ganguly  Movie Trailer (2012).

Vikas has 18 years of account management expertise in the public relations sphere during which he has worked with a diverse array of brands across India and the Middle East. He has a successful track record of providing communication counsel to leading multinational and regional brands across information technology, telecom, power generation, services and manufacturing industries.

Vikas has extensive experience supporting global brands in terms of a corporate practice perspective having worked with companies like ABB and Cummins in India.  He has also worked with brands like Toyota, MAN Trucks and the Dubai Mercantile Exchange in the Middle East while working with TRACCS.

Vikas has also worked closely with leading brands across the technology landscape. During his stint at Genesis Burson Marsteller in Bangalore, he worked with HP across their technology services business. He then moved to Dubai in the Middle East where he gained insights into the telecom space working with the enterprise technology unit of Etisalat at Asdaa Burson Marsteller. In addition to this, he also supported the Microsoft business during his time at Asdaa Burson Marsteller.

Vikas has a post graduate diploma in business administration from Institute of Management Education, Pune. Reading any genre of non-fiction and watching all the basketball action in the NBA is among his favourite pastimes.

Pushpendra heads the BFSI and Consumer Technology Practice at Hill+Knowlton Strategies India and is based out of Mumbai. He comes with an experience of developing and implementing strategic communication and corporate reputation programmes for leading corporations, such as Tata Group, GVK Group, Intel Corporation, Infosys, Wipro, Twitter, HTC, SAP, Bloomberg, Hutchison Essar (now Vodafone India), Airtel; Future Generali, Bandhan Bank and Harvard Business School in India.

Pushpendra combines client –side experience of working for organisations like Manipal Education and Medical Group and Tata Press Yellow Pages, with agency –side experience in leading organisations like FTI India, Ogilvy Public Relations, MSL India, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, Genesis Burson Marsteller and Perfect Relations.

Prior to joining Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Pushpendra was running a startup providing technology solutions for customer acquisition, experience and engagement.

In past, Pushpendra has handled the communication journey of Bandhan Bank from a microfinance company to a scheduled bank, generating multi stakeholder conversations around modern slavery and launching the Slavery Index in India. Global CEO visits of Intel, SAP, UPS and other large corporates. Apart from handling crisis for Rajasthan Royals (IPL Team), Pushpendra successfully launched and managed the communications of Pro Kabaddi League in India.

Avid sportsperson and a marathoner, Pushpendra is a postgraduate in business administration from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

Shobhana has worked across the length and breadth of India, handled various challenges and has been instrumental in turning around the culture, implementation of policies and processes for organisations.

Shobhana is known for her thought leadership in the industry and had initiated the formation of the HR forum for the PR industry in India. She has played an active role in getting organisations recognised for a ‘Great Place to Work’ certification. In her current role at Hill + Knowlton Strategies, she is responsible for building a People + Culture mandate for India.

Shobhana has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Master’s in Labor-Law. Shobhana never misses a chance to observe human behavior and thrives upon behavior analysis. Shobhana’s hobby includes painting and watching world movies.

Shobhana has bagged several prestigious awards in last few years:
